We at Revive Family Counseling (RFC), understand that the first step to seeking help is crucial and we strive to provide appointments within 48 hours of an initial call.
Life can bring about changes quickly at times and our minds and bodies are not equipped to adjust to them as fast as those around us would like. We at Revive Family Counseling can help you adjust to these changes through collaborative therapy and implementing lasting solutions to everyday challenges.

Edita Hall, MS, LMFT-QS, MHC-QS
Edita is the founder and owner of Revive Family Counseling, L.L.C in Fort Myers Est in 2018. Edita is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a Qualified Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling Graduates, who are seeking licensure in the state of FL. Edita’s mission for Revive Family Counseling is to “provide our community with skilled and vetted clinicians to help clients feel confident in choosing to seek help and transform their lives”. Edita’s main role at RFC is to ensure that RFC runs smoothly and staff are following RFC vision and mission. As new therapists are added to the RFC roster, Edita ensures that they are vetted and qualified to provide the best possible care to each individual under the care of RFC. Edita has become a trusted referral source in the community since founding Revive Family Counseling, LLC.
Melissa Thompson, LCSW
Melissa Thompson, MSW, LCSW, C- ASWCM believes in the power of potential. She has focused her life’s work on supporting her clients to find their authentic voice and to create their best quality of life. Melissa has a unique ability to identify each persons’ strengths that can then be activated to achieve their goals. She brings a compassionate and empowering approach to guiding people through their healing journey.
Kerriann Now, LMHC, CAP, EMDR, MH19154
Kerriann Now is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). Kerriann has been working in the human service field for nearly fifteen years. While working with diverse population and complex backgrounds, Kerriann noticed there was a greater need for people to “feel relief faster” regarding their unresolved traumas and began learning more and more about the benefits of evidence based trauma techniques. In 2018, she decided to get trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and became fully independently certified in EMDR in 2021. Kerriann believes people have the innate ability to move forward from their past negative experiences and since implementing EMDR into her therapeutic repertoire, she has been able to help hundreds of people move forward in their lives and live more fulfilled, joyful, peaceful and balanced lives. Kerriann continues to further educate herself in evidence based trauma techniques and she has also been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). She has reached level 3 thus far and is planning on getting fully certified in the near future.
Vanessa Garza, RMFTI
Vanessa received her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University with extensive training in family systems. Vanessa has advanced knowledge and comprehension on the complications that face the youth of today. Vanessa is kind, empathetic, and her positive regard towards others allows for a safe welcoming atmosphere where individuals and families are invited to discuss their perspectives and come to mutual understanding and resolution of conflicts. Her goal is to have each individual leave the office feeling heard and uplifted. Vanessa is passionate about working with children, teens, young adults and finding tailored interventions for each individual and family. She believes in altruism, culturally competent care, and helping youth foster healthy relationships, while also modeling how to establish appropriate boundaries. Her specialty is working with blended families, grief, bereavement, trauma and advocating for the LGBTQAI community as an ally.
Peter Haladej, M.Div., M.A., RMHCI
Peter is a professional, certified Kops Method therapist in preschool and adult categories. He has 21 years of experience in spiritual, couple, grief, and existential counseling as a theologian and a spiritual director. He is motivated and inspired to work with survivors of sexual harassment and/or sexual abuse. His approach to therapy is to discover one's patterns in life that may cause cyclical frustrations and disappointments. He stresses the importance of self-care, as well as a combination of honesty and kindness toward self and others.
